The Arthouse Collective buys our artwork directly from our amazing artists. As a result of this, we are able to control a consistently high standard of print and paper quality. This ensures that we can deliver the same high quality directly to you, every time.
Once an order is placed online, a confirmation email will be sent directly to you which indicates that the sale has gone through and we have received your order.
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON TUESDAYS. If you make an order on Monday, the order will be shipped the following day. If you were to place an order on Wednesday, the order would be shipped the following Tuesday.
If you would like your order to arrive sooner, we also have an express shipping option available where by the print would be shipped the following day.

How much is shipping?
The shipping is calculated by size of the print and includes all packaging and handling to ensure the print arrives to you in perfect condition.
- Small Prints - $10
- Medium Prints - $15
- Large Prints - $20

Changed your mind?
Unfortunately, we do not provide exchanges or refunds if you were to change your mind.
If you are wanting to buy an artwork as a present but are unsure if the person will like it (they will) then we have a gift card option available. By buying the gift card, the person is able to choose their own artwork to save the drama.
Faulty or damaged in the post?
We have gone the extra mile to ensure your print has arrived to you safely. If on the rare and unfortunate occasion that you have opened the print and it has been damaged in the post, we will ask you to return the print and we will replace it.
For this exchange to occur, you must have proof that the package was damaged prior to delivery and not in your possession.
